Glorious and golden this is sure to be a favourite with many from the kitchens of

-INGREDIENTS-
-Fish of choice (I used tilapia)
-White potatoes
-Vegetable Oil
-Black Pepper
-Garlic Powder
-Old Bay Seasoning
-Oregano
-Seasoning Salt
-Ketchup (optional)
-Hot sauce (optional)
-FISH-
Set stove to medium heat and place iron skillet on top.
In skillet fill with 1/2" of vegetable oil.
Season thawed fish (again I used tilapia) with "Old Bay" and pepper to your liking.
After seasoning cover fish in flour.
When the oil is hot carefully place fish in skillet, flip and cook until golden brown.
When cooked place on a paper towel covered plate to cool
-CHIPS-
Cover a cookie sheet with foil and pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Take a white potato, slice in half (longways) and then into 1/4" thick wedges.
Coat the wedges in olive oil
Then season them with pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder and oregano to your liking.
Place wedges on your cookie sheet and cook in oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
-HOT TOMATO-
This is just ketchup and hot sause mixed together
