And this is the fourth and final of Cobalt's new forms. I call this one "Male+". Why? Cuz look at him. Just, jeezum dude, what was I thinking? With all that ropey braidy beard and thick hair and curving horns and fluff and fluff.
Cobalt discovered this form by accident as he shifted back from his female form one day shortly after his drastic broken-collar-induced change. His assumption is that this form is a counterbalance to his slave form as much as his standard female form is a counterbalance to his true male self.
Cobalt is 7'6" in this form, from the top of his horns to the bottom of his hooves. He gains a sturdier build with powerful muscles. Like with his female form, he can magically will his hair into any configuration of braids, ponytails, etc. However, he cannot change the length. He enters into the form with his hair the length it appears here, including having his goatee extend to cover his entire jawline and grow out almost as long as his white hair.
Emotionally, he is more confident, outspoken, and assertive. If he doesn't keep his attitude in check, he is apt to be forceful and brash. But he more often channels the positive effects of his newfound confidence rather than let them decide what kind of person he should be.
One thing he can't seem to help, though, are his goat instincts, which are magnified by the extra hormones pumping through his veins. He is more liable to bleat, snort, react strongly to danger, and be overbearingly sociable to the point of ignoring personal space.
Needless to say, he loves his "manly hair" and sometimes transforms into this form just to admire it and change it into various fantasy-warrior-type styles. Fortunately for him, his neck is strong enough to support the weight of all of those locks, plus his far-from-modest horns.

Not very much at all. I wanted long hair for a very long time, but it's too curly to tame. I grew my hair long for three years during grad school, when I knew I could get away with it, and what I ended up with was a massive curly bush of hair that was extremely unattractive and unwieldy. Nowadays I keep my hair no longer than 2". So I'm basically living vicariously through Cobalt.
And here is probably the strangest fact but it's true: beards in real life gross me out. But on cartoony characters I think they look pretty good, particularly on characters like lions or goats, with their manes and goatees.
