Just more practise, this one is a lot more difficult than the frog because one, it's a larger animal, and two, cause of the feathers. I had a ref but it wasn't that good and I lost the link -- silly me!

there are some discrepancies, but.

I think it was good tonal practise if nothing else, and I think I made certain parts too small compared to the rest of the body.

Not as nice a practise as the frog, but I think as a background element it would be nice enough to make the shape, as a natural accent to a bigger type of picture, for example.
