Oh right! The Dragon Zord was kinda like Godzilla right? And Serpentera was an eastern dragon. My child self would be so upset right now. "HOW could you get that WRONG???"

It really has been a long time since I saw Power Rangers. I need to watch Linkara's Power Rangers retrospective again. It's quite an interesting watch. I recommend it.

I don't know.. I'm preparing my webcomic to be published in book form and, going back over all my art, I can see the changes in it myself. I could make something like this, but it's more important to just plain stick with your art (IMHO) ^_^

Amazing...I love seeing how an artist improves through time. You should post more stuff here.=)

Hopefully I'll be able to finish more in the future...my biggest problem lately has been getting insecure mid-piece and abandoning it. I'm, in fact, Just now finishing up a piece I started almost two years ago!

awww man, and I came to see the fight! Also I swear I remember your old stuff better, but then, you also did some sequential comics that the emotion maybe made the art better because they were done WELL in terms of what they were conveying... I followed your stuff on VCL... fuck I have no idea how long ago.

Either way the improvement when put together like that is awesome, now draw more!

I think about all my art had going for it back then was that I had a whole lot of emotional charge backing it and art was my only way to vent it all, talent be damned. I've found people are pretty forgiving of shitty art as long as it tells a good story or makes them feel something, and I did have a lot of people at the time watching me because they felt something when they looked at my more emotional stuff.

I've gotten boring in my old age. No more machine to rage against, no more angsty pieces to draw, now I HAVE to try and improve on the technical aspect of my stuff 8V

Your art was never shitty. You've gotten better, as all artists do when they stick with it. But your work started off very good to begin with.
