I am always thrilled to see one of my heavy inks colored!
Thanks again

I think the art itself has been greatly expanded by the colored background. The curve of color really adds to the pic. Looking at this I would certainly make a few changes on my darks to add to that wonderful sun.
I owe about 5k as current plans go I will pay about half of that off and then invest in a new computer and digital equipment. In the meantime there is always anatomy and composition to improve on.

*whistles* very nice indeed. In particular, one detail I would never had thought of to do myself, is how he managed to "color" the totally black sections by coloring the outline (the tail is obviously the easiest example)
Showed this to my best friend Kit, and she brought up an interesting point: Its quite reminiscent of the old 80's comics with the darker, more dramatic shade tones, both in color and ink.
