This is a very personal piece. I've been going through a lot of personal struggle and grief these past couple of months, and I feel like I'm breaking down. There are things I wish I could change, regrets I've been constantly beating myself up over, and any bit of vision I had for my future has left me. It's a very dark place and I should probably get help. Yet there's still a very, very small ember in my heart that I can feel glowing. It's just going to take a long time to kindle.

*Places a gentle claw on your head* Yes...everyone goes through this feeling at least once in their lives. If they say otherwise then they lie. The best thing to do is not dwell on the past, and i speak from experience. Try to focus on the future and what it holds in store. Try focusing on the good things in life, the things that make you the happiest. Once you do that then things will definitely be better.

All the strongest people cry. It's OK if that little glowing ember needs a while to kindle. It's an ember of pure potential that never goes out, no matter how dark it gets. Remember that it means it's your guarantee of a turnaround when the time is right.
Dreams never die. If it didn't work out this time...or maybe even the next time...they always have another chance till they come true.

i can't do anything for you. i can only tell you that far far away, in another country there someone who really want to cheer you up. i make my suit thnaks to you. and because of this there isn't a day that i have a little though about you. i call you often " mother of the red panda". i know that is not enough but , remember that your biggest fan in France think about you and wish that you will feel better soon as possible.

diversity is reality. sometimes when you can't see the future its just time to enjoy the ride. of course people say i could have done more if i hadn't spent so much of the time keeping my head down, but i'm not convinced i would have gained more that would have been worth it. i've been anxiety prone all my life, but i've often been able to enjoy the ride inspite of it.
