Avast! Meet the fox Jaquille LaGrenuille, the "Frog".
Formerly the cabin boy, he is now the youngest full-member of the Fântome.
Jaquille is really a nice guy, helpful and kind, which is not the usual behavior of a Flibustier. He is even WASHING himself once in a week under a pump...
He is a bit awkward and shy, above all in accompany of women. Besides, he is 'blessed' enough to handle at least two...
But unfortunately for his victims, and fortunately for his mates, Jaquille is afflicted with a deep and intensive trauma. His whole family was murdered for fun by soldiers during the Huguenot wars. Under normal circumstances he does not remember all the time, but during a battle, it crashes over him. The effect is visible above.
You may note that the young fox is unusually buff. Well, first he IS quite strong for his age and species, and second this guy ( http://www.furaffinity.net/full/820218/ ) is used to train Jaquille because of his potential...

Oh, dear. Poor guy! At least the heavens have blessed him with a great amount of sexiness. He also has a very intense look in his eyes. You can see that he means business.

Ah...yes...Um... Pray, good sir, harm me not. Whilst I my begging may be lame indeed, I can attempt to barter for my life well enough. I can write music, and thus can compose a lay to make your memory last forever. However, I am far better at working a most wonderous substance that comes from the New World: Chocolate. I belive that it's a carefully guarded Spanish secret, but I can share it with you in exchange for my life.

What is happening with his left arm? I can see the sleeve is ripped, but I can't figure out what is on his shoulder. Is he wounded?
Also, what color are his eyes?
I'm making his clothes jade and tan hope that's all right n.n
Is there flame behind his leg? And is the rest smoke? Or is he just swishing fog from how he moves?
He's gorgeous. I feel the sudden need to squeal once in a while just having him stare back at me while I color him. *drool*

His sleeve was ripped during battle, and that thing on his shoulder is the tattoo youc an see on the left site down^^
His eyes got the colour of amber, and now are looking like on fire, that's the fury effect
His shirt is a dirty white, vest is leather, trousers are cotton...but colour him like you want to^^
The smoke behind him is the gunpowder smoke which always waves over a boarded deck, and he is too swishing it^^
Hmm... What could I do to appeace Jaquille? :flashbulb: Ah! I create a character similar to him, but different:
Damien du Tyrel, orphan Huguenot that, like Jaquille, witnessed the mercyless slaughter of his parents. With his neighbours, who took him in as an adoptive son, they fled to Prussia where King Friedrich granted them refuge and land.
After a long time, he became a small merchant and began to travel the world by land and see out of a born curiousity, that even the trauma of the death of his parents wasn't able to diminish. The murder of his parents ended his naivity, but he still believes that good and evil are choices made with every action.
Opposite to Jaquille, Damien is to much traumatized to act aggressive: His shy personality made him cope with being more fearful of battle-situations, and cowering and running away when attacked. Eventhough he learned cope the situation with the assistance of a far-travelling eastern monk and learned to defend himself with hands and blades, he still has throwbacks, especially if the situation is too much for him.
Also Damien has a natural gift of empathy: The emotions shown by others - even the smallest hints - are more obvious to him.
Damien: *ready to defend himself, if needs be, but as he sees the enraged Jaquille, he has a throwback caused by the the shown emotions of the attacker and tosses his blade away, cowers in fear and wimpers* Non, s'il vouz plaît! *has a flashback of his parent's death* Maman, Papa, non! Ne abandonnez moi! Ne mourez, s'il vous plait! Non! (Mum, Dad, no! Don't leave me alon! Please, don't die!)
