This was mostly finished a while back but I finally got around to fixing a few things and adding all the effects today. I haven't really shown this character around much but I like them. Their name is Party Hard, or anything really since the don't have a name name, and they don't really have a gender or sex of any kind so they can go by he she or whatever. She is mostly my character to play around with when I don't have one that I feel fits for what I'm wanting to do so she doesn't have an exact design or color scheme really, kind of a muse of some sort I guess. But I like them a lot so <3
