I've had a quote stuck in my head for the past three weeks or so, and I find its really influencing my self development, and figured it was worthy of visualisation.

Whether I've heard it somewhere, and just remembered it, or by some fluke, came up with it myself, cause google ain't got nothing on it.
I've been really liking this quote, it's kept me going with my self improvement when I've wanted to just stop, and give up, be happy with just being what I am, not what I could be, but just the sheer meaning these words have to me, has kept me going. :)
As our traveler here knows very well, you must first endure the harsh terrain to find your little patch of paradise.
