This is what happens when you get bored after watching gameplay of Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion's story mode.

Originally they were all going to have the standard CP color scheme, but at the last minute I decided to change Bubbles' and Buttercup's just to make each one unique.

I'll be the first to admit that Captain Planet IS a ridiculous show, but I feel that actually adds to its charm, like the Adam West Batman series. Its campyness just feels right in some odd, unexplainable way.
