For the past few years, on Canada Day, a number of local Ottawa furries (plus any visitors :) have gathered together and done a parade/walk downtown through the crowds just for the fun of it. Many, many pictures are taken. Here are some of them :)
A nice close-up shot of myself :) If you direct your attention away from the furries, you can get an idea of just how crowded the area we are walking in. The good news is that most people are amazed and entertained by us - we don't hear a lot of negative comments. I even had an older lady this year say thank you to me (directed at our group) for having fun and knowing that is what this day is for.
It's times like that that make it worth the effort. XD
