They are slap bracelets. Constaff was giving them to fursuiters who did a trick for them. I wanted one so bad and it wasn't until the last night..and right before this picture...that I finally saw a staff member with one. I literally got on my knees and begged for it, then did the puppydog face. Got one! :-D
