The creature is not at all what I had expected and I must admit that I am a little more than disappointed. It is female, as planned, but it is much smaller and weaker than anticipated. It is black with red markings and red eyes. This is experiment #085. If this one fails, our division will be shut down and my dream will be lost forever.

It was born two weeks ago but perhaps it should have been given more time in the incubator before we began our tests. Much like a human child it cries and struggles when it has blood drawn or a vaccination. All blood tests are normal and other tests show no abnormalities, meaning that this creature, unlike the others in the past, is stable. It is still on a clear liquid diet but I am hoping to start it on other foods soon.
