yes with many different owners.
irl I breed a perfect stat riolu with max speed. its parents where a lucario and a arbok XD (oddly yes lucario can breed with snakes and birds as well)
its moves where crunch, close combat, extreme speed, the last move changed a lot depending on what I was fighting.
its father was more of a special attack user. his moves where aura sphere, dark pulse, psychic, and I think it was a rock move that later was replaced with nasty plot in b/w
its mother was used to teach it to eat things whole.
lulu also has many brothers one of them is equal in power with herself but has endure, revesal, crunch, and extreme speed.
