Not much people know this, but I'm a huge fan of Japan's Sengoku history since I start to play Samurai Warriors and Nobunaga's Ambition. Although at first I find it very weird that two of my biggest interest (Pokemon + Sengoku history) combine together, I would prefer Pokemon are the samurai who conquer the country by themselves, not the trainers...

If you can tell me the name of the weapon, I can find a reference. I can only tell you that if that's a Daisho, one of those swords needs to be shorter (wakizashi) instead of a pair of katana. (A wakizashi ranged from 30 cm to 60 cm, compared to the katana's 70-73 cm.) I assume your device is a gunbai, a signal fan, rather than the tessen, a fan weapon.
