The above is a list of popular ways to do Spinosaur heads, and all are wrong except one.
The first was back when no one knew what a spinosaur was,and didn't know how it's skull looked.
The second is how a spinosaur skull is actually like (more or less) ,and is based on. They have a notch on both the lower and upper jaws, and their muzzles are pretty thin.

They also don't have a whole lot of teeth, but the teeth they DO have are long and conical, and great for stabbing and grabbing onto fish.

Spinosaurus has a small crest on it's 'forehead'
The third is Jurassic Park 3's version of spinosaurus, which has a thick, wide, and very toothy skull, and seemed to be based on either an alligator or a crocodile, rather than a spinosaurus. JP's spinosaurus was wrong in alot more ways, including a sail that is like a dish, rather than goes completely down the body, even onto most of the tail,it also had pronated hands.
The fourth spinosaurus is primeval's spinosaurus. It doesn't have a crest, but spikes on the back of it's neck. It does have very long teeth though, and is slightly more spinosaur-like than JP's,but still too wide. It also had pronated hands and really weird legs.
Primeval's spinosaurus also has a sail like a dimetrodon.
Spinosaurus did NOT have thin rods with flesh between them,as a sail, this is a hugely common issue with art of Spinosaurus.

It looks cool,but isn't a spinosaurus' sail
vs the real deal (more or less)

I know we've talked about this before on Skype, but looking at the last three skulls, the PC Spino really does (IMO) vaguely resemble a cross between all three.
*General thin skull and jaw shape from #1
*The 'crest' from #3
Eee, I think all three are kinda handsome actually. #0 looks more like an allosaurus skull to me heh
