Here he's wearing a spandex-like one piece suit, the kind he usually wears when doing appearances in schools and other public places. During actual olympic competitions, all saurian athletes compete completely naked, similar to what our ancient Greeks did.

This drawing sort of reminds me of some of those signs with messages like "Remember, kids... winners don't do drugs!" Although knowing Grexxis, he's probably thinking "They just do each other." XD
