A moving badge for  chargecko, MLP-ified, with a moving cannon strapped onto the back! =D

I didn't realize until I started working on this that usually I leave room for the badge clip at the top, but since the moving part is at the top, I had a bit of a problem, cuz then the moving part was in the way. After discussing our options with Char, we opted to putting a badge string on the sides (not shown in the scan), so it all worked out :)
