These are two of my characters; Joe, who is a god-in-training (I guess that's what you could call it) and a wolf/fox mix, and Sanura, a cat.

Basically, she falls in love with him and he is very uneasy about it. He is technically not allowed to be in a relationship. She also doesn't know that he is apprentice to a god and all the things that entails.

I originally picture her with some spots, but decided to leave those out. Probably just laziness....
