This is Baruda, the second boss of Bomberman Hero. After going on a little nostalgia trip with that game I re-discovered his inflation-powered laser. Really cool looking. So then I thought "what happens if the laser gets jammed?" He might be stuck like that until Natia fixes him the only way she knows how. (which involves knives)
