He was never the talkative sort. He grew up similar to Regen. Being taught that being the worst there is is best..but he never really wanted to roll that way, since he's heard the life among the "normal others" and adapted from that.

He has no powers or skills. He knows no specific fighting. He was born blind and has exceptional hearing..I guess that'd be an ability..I guess.

Tsume is a surface Mimiga, which would explain his similarities with Regen (being taller than cave Mimiga. Usually Surface Mimiga in Cove Tale are cloth-less. But migration from the surface would mean they'd have to abide by the cave rule, which includes clothes of any sort--as long as it hides SOMEthing.
