Woohoo! Another wingin' it experiment with something I've never attempted before turned out well! y >o< y
I was looking at Aapofiss's (on DA) gallery several hours ago and was getting really inspired to try something new. After some false starts I went for an egg thing and just messed around layering stuff and erasing and using some brushes I haven't before. And then this appeared on the screen after only a couple hours! I think this was all pretty much completed in the time it took to watch "Limitless"
When I showed my mom the finished product she asked me if it was a giraffe egg. I hadn't really thought about what the pattern looked like (the colors changed radically several times) and I hadn't thought of a title yet while I as working so I went with it.
