Yep, this has happened to me before.
Laptop suddenly shuts down completely and you haven't saved your work since you started... damn...

6 hours of my life was wasted :P

And that's why they make a save button. Course I lost like 2 and then 4 hours on a picture... needless to say that picture isn't getting colored even though I liked it

We should have been making local copies, of course.

I help teach about the behind the scenes stuff of cloud computing and one thing we say is know your provider. I'd recommend google docs you can collaborate with it and share limited/ public etc.

We've been using GoogleDocs pretty much since the typewithme crash. TWM seemed like a good idea at the time, because we like to write in pure TXT first and then apply formatting later..
