Yes! I'll have to find a way to get out to that downed tree too that doesn't involve ruining suits. Maybe find you something to go over on the way out or something to minimize burrs and such. If you're interested of course. I'm hoping to test the targets I made out this weekend. :D

This isn't mud, but swampy-ish area, with loads of uneven ground and burrs galore. I've seen it make a mess of regular clothes. I can't imagine what it would do to a white fursuit if there was no care taken. Besides, we'd want him looking prim and proper for photographs. ^.^
I did, and I know for a fact the mud around here wouldn't completely wash out of fur. It would take a week to have it wash out of pet fur completely. There is /no/ way I'd want a mufti-thousand dollar suit getting mud around here on it if I can prevent it. Just not worth it. This stuff gets down to the roots when submerged and takes awhile to wash free. Trust me on this one.
