A request from a user from Deviantart and Youtube named OxideTheShadow. I was originally gonna do this in just pencil, but my scanner sucks so I went over it digitally and used these random effects on GIMP.
I don't know why but when OxideTheShadow explained this image to me and I was making it, it made me think of Book Simon and his theme song from Cry of Fear (a Half Life mod if you don't know), only Book Simon is scarier XD
