How do you make the hole for the clip on the badges?
I've seen almost everybody do them this way, but I can't figure out what they use
to make them and how they do it. :3

Well, the way I did it was just measuring how the hole should be, and then drew a template on a piece of paper, and then used a hobby knife to cut it out :)
Simple as that!
