A sunny smile, a playful spirit
Barely does justice to what they describe
A kind embrace, a pillar of strength
More and more, they try to describe
A brave soul, a brilliant mind
A clearer picture as the words continue
A character without compare, a determination like no other
The fog clears as the colors bloom
A person I miss, a friend that has gone off
The picture is full of life and again one
We both know what must be done, to have gone our separate ways
For in the end that picture will remain strong, for a future that is even stronger

I really love the memory you captured here Selas. Really depcicts the simplicity of life. Why do we make things so complicated for ourselves as we grow older? Also enjoyed reading the poem by nodwanderer. I keep reading it. Guess I understand it. Very thought prevoking. Much appreciated.
