So here's a tiny diagram of my fursona's ages :3
0 years: Newborn. Looks almost like a baby dragon.
30 years: It's like 10 human years. Pretty annoying.
80 years: It's like 16 human years (demons' years are like Fibonacci series, it stretches along the years). On their teens, demons exaggerate their armor and sharpen their horns in order to look stronger than they really are. The demon side becomes dominant, and Dragmon begins to look evil. Wings are taken because he chose to live with demons.
627 years: It reaches the adulthood. Horns and spikes take a more definite shape, and muscles grow, depending on their genes and training.
1076 years: It's a projected scheme of my fursona's growth. With a lot of training and focus on getting stronger, he may become like this someday.

Acctually I think a demons progression goes from and I can be right because I wrote an english thesis on ghosts and demons at least my english teacher said something like that you have the right to be right about a topic because you wrote a thesis on it, anyway:
Steps:
1. A demon or devil is created by a evil enough negitive emotion such as rape, abuse, murder just to name a few. So when they are created thay are a shadow-like entity and as time moves forward their form solidafies.
2. They become an imp in the first several to several hundred of years of their life, an imp is in the dictionary a young demon by definition.
2A. If a demon or devil is born with wings they don't get their wings cut.
Thats kind of it they just get older and more stronger with power and muscles as time moves forward.
