Chak-Chak, Legalistic Tengu Oracle of Battle
Chak-Chak is the character I brought in after Kyre died in a tragic ninja accident. He's a Tengu, which is a sort of crow-man, and he's an Oracle, which is basically a divine caster that gains they're casting ability from a gift/curse - his is basically from a devil's pact. He's bound by his word, and if he ever breaks it, he suffers greatly for it.
The devil hovering behind him isn't anything particularly special, and I can't even remember what they're called, but that's what the quill and paper are meant to represent. He's a battle oracle, so he carries a rather large sword that he wields to great effect. He's rather to the point, but generally very eloquent and careful with his words.
His cloak is sort of based off of the pathfinder tengu art - because they look awesome.
Actually I'm sort of unsure of whether Chak-Chak should be male or female.
