I'd like to point out that Sparra is pretty much a mage killer, with her Spellbreaker abilities and all. Since she can steal spells from other magi, Sparra often keeps a stockpile of healing spells handy just in case something goes wrong. Combine that with Sarah's sky-high physical and mental fortitude and heavy armor, those two can take care of themselves pretty well. Plus, Sparra can use a crossbow, while Sarah is trained in bows.

Don't get me wrong, Isis is handy... SOMEONE has to handle all the stuff that smites evil (Sparra is NE/CE, while Sarah is true N) and do that whole "purge evil from the land" that none of the others can do!
