It's taken me a little while to get it done, but here it is. This is a request done for 
supa_huskey. It took me forever to get the white stripes on his hair to look even remotely like they are were supposed to. Anyway, I hope you like the way it turned out.

Ah alright, though horns and ears seem relatively similar when combing hair around them.
I noticed this render http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8202215/ you did where you tried to work on hair. The quality of the individual strands is really high, it just looks like you may need to erase some of the weight paint from the side of the top of her head. If you have the blender file for that anywhere I'd love to be able to download it, so I could take a look at some of the settings, give you some pointers, and learn a few things myself.
