On a perfectly average day in the land of Quentaria, the dapper lizard K'arnan and his studious roommate Jernon are preparing to head on an adventure. Of course, when you're as lazy and shiftless as K'arnan is, getting out the door can prove to be an adventure all its own.

Yes, it's a story, not a game. I hate to sound pretentious about it, honestly, but I honestly just think that this sort of format can equally well for stories where you want a little more control of the main character. I hope you agree when you try it out!

I uploaded this into one of my journals a while back, but in the interest in making it easier for people who don't read journals to see, along with showing off this awesome art I got from  sirrob, I've decided to make a few changes, including the addition of a LucasArts-style conversation tree with Jernon.
