bottlenose dolphin (dad) x tucuxi (mom) hybrid
Goes by Toby, sometimes Tobyphin to friends. Served as a lab hand to Sigmund for a short time after Sigmund fabricated his robotic arm and leg prosthetics. His prosthetics are cybernetically linked to his body in every way, and are not removeable. Previously, he wore a removeable manipulator harness. He is generally laid-back, but has an aggressive streak and can sometimes be pushy or even violent. He is generally able to get along with most people, even though he lacks social skills and can often be crass. Curiously, he is sensitive about his weight.
