Old art.
This is how a fire dragon eye could look like. If you missed the info at Raikuen's ref sheet: fire dragons emit light from their eyes, that's why their pupil isn't black. Fire dragons have a distinguishable yellow/orange iris with 8 slightly glowing orange petal like shapes around the center. Raikuen has round pupils unlike fire dragons.
I colored this with colored pencils.
