Another old contest entry for AVA tournament 2012.
The theme this week was music, and the music I had to draw to was Eros and Apollo by the Studio Killers!
I'd never heard of them before, but now I absolutely LOVE their music. <3 The song is about a boy who is a heartbreaker, and it absolutely fits my desert fox character Korobo. He's definitely all for the ladies. It especially made me smile because one of the characters in the music video is Goldie Foxx, who looks like Korobo and even wears sunglasses like him.
I drew Korobo in one of his misleading looks, while the whimsical background is in the style of the music video. Just take a look at this video and song, it's really interesting!
