Eh?! No no! Its just to show that she is sad inside and that she needs treatment...its advestising a charity which helps sick animals who's owners can't pay for vets.
The x-ray is just a technique for showing things which are invisible to the naked eye.

Actually,that's not necessarily true. Even if she were human,she might not be getting treatment. Or at least,not effective treatment.

It is likely she would recieve treatment from the NHS for something as simple as a stomach virus.
Speaking from a UK point of view that is- this probably wouldn't hold up in the USA.
