My half of that art trade with
bobert, featuring his giant grey squirrel of a man, Vincent. Vince is a mechanic and a fan of FLCL, but finds that when you ride vespas with the same reckless abandon as they do on that show you... kind of... murder them.
Also, being four sizes too heavy for it don't help none. :P

It's clearly a subject of non-false advertisement, if you're a squirrel trying to ride a wasp all that's going to happen is body parts strewn about and everyone ends up with a sad look on their face because no one caught something like that on film.
Pretty good stuff, man, only thing I'd say is that it seems his left fingers only have two phalanges instead of three, like on his right hand, other than that, you did quite a good job!

Not to worry. As soon as the whispers of this incident reach the ever-eager ears of Johnny Knoxville, inspiration will strike, and the entire third act of Jackass 8: Even Jackier and Assier will feature exploding scooters, flying sacks of human meat, and roid-raging squirrels. Roger Ebert will claim that he initially thought it was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen committed to film until he realized that that was actually blood streaming out out of his eyes.
And yeah, I can see some selective articulation going on now that you mention it. Hands continue to be the bane of artists everywhere. *Pauses* And that laugh you just heard was all my college art teachers collectively reacting to me calling myself an "Artist". :P

Alliteration and assonance! I like it!
The repeated 'v' sound gives a sense of exasperation, like an annoyed sigh, while the repeated 'e' sound, similarly, gives the impression of exasperation.
Thus, the author uses alliteration and assonance to vividly portray the exasperation felt by the squirrel.
BOOM LITERATURE :D

xP All I needed was a way to work in a "y" in there after the "e" and "v", too, and the whole exasperation would have had that distinctly Jewish flavour I was hoping to achieve.
Alas, my own literary and vocabulary mastery was not enough to plausibly shoehorn that in. Therefore, I had to abandon my plans to put a kippot on his head, too. Woulda just been weird.

If it weren't for your very distinctive way of drawing lines, especially faces, I would have thought this wasn't your work, because the colors are that good. Not that I am saying your colors are usually bad, but the quality on this one seems to have really jumped. Either you've just gotten that good, or you tried particularly hard for this one because it was a trade. Either way, awesome!
And of course, amazing details as always! So...is he a macro, or just really big while the bike was really small? How big is he? :P

Well, I DID want to put a little more effort into it, considering that he gave me a whole danged animation has part of the trade. Though the coloring, I can't say I think I did anything or tried any techniques with it that were different than what I'd already been doing. Mind you, it could also be that the colours in this one are a little more uniform than they usually are with me. (What with him being a grey squirrel, and garages being pretty steel and grey looking in general.) Either way, though, thanks a whole ton. :3
And he's... big, yeah. Pretty durned big. Not sure if he's Macro, per se, but here, this'll give you an idea: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6684611/

Completely understandable, he did do a lot of amazing work for you on that! And like I said, I can't really put my finger on what is different about this pic, but there it is. It's just awesome, bro. ^_^
Hmmm, not sure how big, since I don't know the height of the lion next to him in that pic to make a proper comparison, but yeah...pretty big. And not only do I like big guys, I like ones from species known for being small, such a delicious subversion. So, double the awesome!

Thaaaaaanks. :3 Kinda what I was going for in the sense that this pic isn't sexual in nature, and yet it's something that the pervs can enjoy all the same. x3
He probably WILL need someone to take all the frustrations this Vespa is giving him out on, though. Just sayin'.
