Because the vatican has decided that these women don't know their place as dictated by the Catholic doctrine, (below the heels of men), and think that they aren't vocal enough in spreading hate towards feminism, contraceptives, abortion, gay marriage and civil rights, they have sent bishops to change some things. The vatican has given these bishops permission to change the policies of the group, reprimand leaders, edit their libraries, and basically how to carry themselves as proper servants (chattle) of the catholic church.
I don't really give a damn either. It just strikes yet another blow against organized religion. The more these people publically fight, the less people believe in their moral superiority, and the more they'll start thinking for themselves.
