It's not always a bad thing to change. I think I understand what you mean though. Sometimes we slip and regress a bit. Maybe it's not always for the worse, but when you feel like you've lost a part of yourself that you want to get back, it's never too late. It may take some soul searching and deep thought, but it's always possible to improve yourself, both for yourself, and for the people you care about.
