Amazing, I wrote ragtime music! O_O
Anyway, about the title, I actually had a dream recently, and there was this one scene in my dream where this song played out as background music. It was so cool and so awesome that when I woke up, I went straight into FL Studio and wrote down this merry tune. The dream itself was actually more like a nightmare, but it was unfittingly accompanied by this BGM in the manner of "X does Y while I play unfitting music" so much that I had to laugh.
I don't really listen this sort of music much. XD And really, I don't even think this merry tune is as good as any of Scott Joplin's music. And I think it's a bad cliché that ragtime music "must" be played by a badly-tuned honky-tonk piano.

Thanks! XD Well, I never knew that. ^_^;; But, I know how a choice of music can affect the mood of a scene. For example, at the beginning of Watchmen the movie, using a very slow and relaxing song, "Unforgettable", to go together with the scene of how The Comedian was brutally beaten-up and then murdered -- which sets-up the plot for the rest of the movie -- gives an unsettling effect to the scene.
