The final zodiac card and it's The Great Child & The Dire Mother from the Black Zodiac from 13 Ghosts.
This ghost's story is a midget joins a traveling carnival and had a child with the boss who physically abuses her. The child becomes huge and one day goes off to kill everyone who had been abusive to his mother but doesn't have the mind to understand what he's doing. His mother tries to protect him and they are both killed. I wanted to represent the final scene.
