was sifting through references for Starfox characters, so I could star making character designs for Starfox Parodies 3, when I came along Katt, whom I remembered from Starfox 64. She doesnt really have an official outfit, does she? c: SO, I decided to design one myself. I kept in mind that she is quite feminine, which is expressed in her outfit here by how fitting it is. And, I also figured she would be the kind to wear thigh high leather boots. The holster idea, I got from Falco, and although I didnt mean it, I sorta realize that holster implies she's left handed :S oh well too late now

Actually Katt does have an official look (prior to Command), but it only appeared in a manga that detailed events that happened 4 years in-between the 8-year gap from SF64 to Adventures. She basically looks like a biker chick (here's a good depiction of what she looked like: http://R3dFiVe.deviantart.com/art/I.....at-137638284).
Still, this is a really damn awesome design. I could totally see her wearing something like this if she officially joined the team.

It's not considered fan material by any means, those are the official events of what happened between the games, licensed by Nintendo and everything. Heck, in Japan it was actually sold along with Adventures in a bundle, kinda like they did with here with "Road to Arkham" and "Batman: Arkham Asylum", so yes, it very much official.

Only one at the moment. Everywhere else it was uploaded seem to have removed it, or been renovated.
