We managed to squeeze my model into this, although the commissioner is about 4 inches taller and 4 inches thinner than he is XD SO IT DOESNT FIT PERFECTLY, GET OVER IT.

Why thank you! I started with normal sized ears and realized my error pretty early on so just added pieces to size them up.

A.S. you did an AWESOME JOB! It was great seeing Hibiki run around RMFC 2012 in suit! It came just in time and I know he had fun rocking it! Photos do a good job of catching it.
