That's quite a first, i'm guessing you'd have arted around for a while already when you made this. It's cool that you decided to go for an avian on the first try instead of something more common such as a canine/feline.

Awesome...still love your old TF sketches! :) Do you remember the old one you did of  sayh ("Shalian", back then), waking up in bed to find himself transformed into a white tiger? He still has that, and still loves it! :D <3

Ah, ahaha... so this was your first tf picture? fascinating... it was (and still is) one of my favorites of yours. Oddly enough, one of the things I liked about it the most, were the toes... they are just starting to get their transformation underway, and you can still see a good deal of human remnant in the foot... It leaves alot to the imagination, while still guiding your imagination in a strong way. Other things that were just so innovative to me, were the fusing and growth of the teeth into a beak, and those eyes... watching the eyes grow in size as they stare, unfocused like this, is breathtaking. Also, having the camera focused upward toward the sky... just gives the whole thing the feeling of the desire of flight, and the impending granting of that desire.


All that said... I have not seen you do many Bird transformations at all lately, whereas you used to do a ton... Did you just get them out of your system? Heh... Actually, I'd like to see you make a CG tf animation of a bird, if for no other reason, than the fact that the feathers would be a definite challenge... Actually, maybe that's why you have make a snake and dolphin tf thus far, is because they are considerably less difficult to render? just a thought.
