Your previous one doesn't look that bad really. It looks like you've improved by leaps and bounds since you did that one. I would say, looking at that one vs. this one, you've learned a lot more about how to portray depth and detail. This one is definitely a lot more refined, in how you detailed the scales and the eye and the hair, but really...it's like you just added a new dimension to your art that you didn't have before. The underlying structure of your art is still gorgeous. :) I do love the shadows on the hair though...so beautifully realistic. It's really awesome to see how much you've improved since that first one. :)
