vombatiformes and I were at the start of a little camping trip, but after settling in we started to explore and I found this little bone-sack curled by a tree. Instead of running he mewled and came to us, so we had to bring him home.
He's terribly thin and unneutered, but also extremely friendly and calm. He's isolated from stagolopolis right now and hopefully we can get him to the vet sometime soon.
Depending on how much the vet bill is I may be opening for commissions in the next day or so, so if there's anything you guys are particularly interested in let me know :)

Best of luck. We currently have a foster cat that looks similar to your foundling. My housemate pulled him out of our local high kill shelter, people generally want pretty or unusual marked kittens, not plain black ones. His got a great almost dog-like personality and has even been learning obedience as of late. He knows sit,down and sit up so far.
