Livestream commission. Whenever forest animals enter this town, a magical barrier surrounding the community turns them into anthros so they can walk safely through human civilization until they can leave the town and become animals again. This is what happening to the moose and some clothes have magically appeared beside him. There are some anthros living in the town so that they can keep their new forms.

One more thing: Nilbog was the artist's idea. I have never seen Troll 2.
