I think I'll make this into a series or something. Gonna draw all the guardians, Spyro and Malefor in this style whenever I have time :D
You're not gonna believe how much fun I had drawing this :3 She's my favorite from TLoS and this is my favorite version of her, so it's a double win for me xD
One day I just randomly grabbed my sketchbook and started drawing a dragon head, which then turned into Cynder's head and later it magically turned into a sketch of this :i

Well, don't know if you'd like criticism but well, here goes.
Frankly, the pic is pretty well done overall. Proportions and pose are very well done. I appreciate that you also gave her her curves, which is a part of the character.
Now for notes and points to improve in my opinion.
Technically, it is 'corrupted' Cynder... but in the way that she is artificially aged. When Cynder become an adult naturally, she'll likely look like this except with eyes not glowing.
The pic is nice overall but a few edits you made don't mesh too well in my opinion. Namely, the extra blades you've put on the shoulder and elbow. Likewise with the extra spikes on her neck. It look kinda weird and out of place, making me think the pic would have been better if you hadn't added those points.
Anyway, the pic is very good otherwise and can't think of further criticism at the moment. Hope it helps.

However, the blades on the shoulder and the elbow were supposed to be there, as I saw in the official concept art of corrupted Cynder. As for the spikes on the neck, I did change them slightly, but she actually has spikes on her neck, too, only they're connected to eachother. Hope I understood you right and this clears up a few things :)

I tend not to pay attention to the artwork too much due to how radically different it is from the in-game style. I do consider the artwork that is actually renders from the game (such as the DotD artwork) to count but I'm rather wary of the supplementary and more stylized artwork.
Considering the fiasco for much of the artwork (artwork Spyro for ANB looks... well, absolutely nothing like he should look), it's one of the rare series where I consider the in-game models to take precedence over the artwork.
But if you used the artwork as base, then I understand.
