If the MPA is the CIA of Minimus, then the Minimus Law Enforcement division is definitely the Police. And at the helm of command of said group is Calcium! Don’t let her appearance, fool you, she can and will use extreme force if necessary.
Trained to use martial arts and weaponry, Calcium is always ready and willing to apprehend a crime in progress, whether it be by herself or with a handful of officers if things get out of hand. She especially hates it when a squad from the MPA shows up, because according to her, it makes it look like she’s not doing her job if a global task force has to come in and investigate along with the Law Enforcement.
Despite her cartoonish looks, Calcium is very strict and stern, no matter where you find her. If you thought Hydrogen had little sense of humor, Calcium is at a whole new LEVEL. She rarely laughs, and in the rare instances she does, it either sounds forced or robotic.
