Lovely lsttuce surrounds this beautiful filling from the kitchens of  Icepaws

Ingredients

lettuce, corn starch, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, water chestnuts minced, 1/4cup peanuts chopped up into tiny pieces, 2 cloves garlic, 2teaspoons ginger, about 4 green onions(chopped up), 1lb turkey /chicken /meat ground up.

Method

mix about 3 table spoons of soy sauce into a container and mix in corn starch.
put around 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and heat up.
eat some chocolate, and mix the meat with the ginger the garlic and the red pepper flakes, then put the mixture into the pan until no more raw meat is left, keep cutting it in the pan so you have no large lumps.
when no large lumps are left and no raw meat is left,eat a piece of chocolate and stir up the soy sauce and corn starch then add to the meat.
keep cooking until it absorbs all the oil. turn off heat and immediately add the rest of the stuff.
then put in lettuce wraps.
